Police had seized MVR23,000 in the gambling bust on Saturday before arresting 14 expatriate workers in the operation.
Police said fourteen expats were arrested around 7.30pm under a warrant Friday following a tip off.
The expats were gambling in a house in Maafannu ward, police said adding that all the expats were Bangladeshi nationals.
