New ambassadors from four countries present credentials to Pres.

Newly appointed ambassadors to the Maldives from New Zealand, Australia, Bahrain and Malta on Sunday presented their credentials to President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih.

The credentials were received by the president in separate ceremonies held at the President's Office.

The president conferred Joanne Tyndall, Ambassador-designate of New Zealand; David John Holly, Ambassador-designate of Australia; Stephen Borg, Ambassador-designate of Malta; and Abdulrahman Mohamed Al-Gaoud, Ambassador-designate of Bahrain, as the chosen representatives of their country to the Maldives.

Following the ceremonies, each Ambassador sat down with the president and spoke on the bilateral relations between Maldives and their respective countries.
