Linbaq Holding donates surgical masks to Maldives

Malaysia's Linbaq Holding has donated 60,000 surgical masks to the Maldives.

The masks were handed over to the National Emergency Operations Centre (NEOC) on Tuesday. MP of Dhangethi constituency and Director of Grander International Private Limited Mohamed Nazim handed over the masks to the Maldives government on behalf of the Linbaq Holding’s founder, Mr Datuk Wira Ling Kah Chok. The donation was received on behalf of the NEOC by Chief Executive of National Disaster Management Authority (MDNA), Hisaan Hassan.

Speaking on the donation, Mr Datuk Wira Ling Kah Chok said he wishes success in the in measures taken in the Maldives to mitigate the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. He further said that it is a pleasure to lend a helping hand in this critical situation when the country is in need of such assistance.

Linbaq Holding is a Malaysia based real estate company. Mr Datuk Wira Ling Kah Chok holds shares in Grander International Private Limited which was formed to invest in the tourism sector of the Maldives.
