Maldives has been nominated for the prestigious ’World Spa Record”.
World Spa Awards recognises excellent spa and wellness services across the globe and is a sister award of World Travel Awards. Maldives was nominated for the award under the ‘Indian Ocean's Best Spa Destination’ category. Voting is now open on the World Spa Awards website. The deadline for voting is September 30.
The Indian ocean archipelago has won the award six times in the past. While Maldives has been nominated for the award once again, several Maldivian resorts have also been nominated under individual categories.
Maldives offers one of the most luxurious spa services in the world. The island destination boasts several underwater spas.
