Bank of Maldives (BML) has opened applications for proposals under its “Aharenge Bank” Community Fund. The best 5 proposals submitted will be selected for the second phase of the year.
The Community Fund is open for individuals and registered NGOs and selected projects in the areas of education, environment, sports and community engagement will receive MVR 50,000 to implement their project. Applicants can email the Proposal & Application Form and other relevant documents to BML before 11:59pm on 12th June 2021.
The Community Fund is a program to empower individuals and NGOs to contribute to their communities through sustainable projects. As of today, the Bank has provided financial assistance for projects in 45 islands across the country under its Community Fund.
