The Bank of Maldives (BML) will be holding its 38th Annual General Meeting on July 15, Thursday.
BML said all of its shareholders are invited to attend the General Meeting. The meeting will be held online at 1000 hrs using 'Fahivote', an online general meeting management system developed by Maldives Security Depository Pvt Ltd.
The agenda items include the approval of minutes of the 37th Annual General meeting, the balance sheet and income statement for the year ended 31 December 2020, the Director's Report and Auditor's Report, dividend proposed by the board of directors as well as the appointment of auditors and their fees for the year 2021. Additionally, directors will be elected and the director's fees will also be approved. A question and answer session with shareholders will also be held. No agenda items other than the mentioned items are proposed to be passed at the meeting.
