BML opens applications for the third phase of its Community Fund

Applications are now open for proposals for the Bank of Maldives' "Aharenge Bank" Community Fund.

Community Fund is a program to empower individuals and NGOs to contribute to their communities through sustainable projects.

According to BML, the best 5 proposals submitted will be selected during the third quarter of the year. Selected projects in the areas of education, environment, sports and community engagement will receive MVR 50,000 to implement their project. Applicants can send their proposal with supporting documents to BML before the end of 11th September 2021, said the bank.

As of today, the bank has provided financial assistance for 50 projects across the country under Community Fund.
