Bank of Maldives has announced the appointment of new Directors to its Board of Directors.
At the Bank’s Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held Sunday morning, Ms. Aishath Sajnee, Tharividhaage, S. Hithadhoo was nominated by the Government and appointed to the Board of Directors. In addition, Mr. Abdulla Naseem, Karankaa Villa, H.A. Filladhoo was elected by public shareholders and appointed to the Board.
With these appointments, the Directors nominated by the Government and appointed to the Board are:
