A plane slid off the runway at Kaadhdhoo Airport on Thursday night while attempting to land in bad weather.
The national carrier, Maldivian, confirmed that a plane operated by the airline that landed at Kadhdhoo Airport at 7:45 pm faced an incident. However, no further details were shared.
Maldivian said all passengers on the flight were deplaned. No passengers or crew were injured in the incident.
