The High Court will go on recess next month.
The High Court said the court's Judges Council had decided that the court will go on recess from December 1 under the rules of the court.
Although the court will be in recess, some types of cases will still be heard. In this regard, cases that the law stipulates must be concluded within a specific period, and sentencing hearings will be held even during recess.
In addition, cases of urgent nature and cases agreed upon by the bench of judges will also be heard.
