The Male' Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) has launched a bill penalty waiver program, enabling customers to easily settle their outstanding bills.
According to MWSC, the program will continue until the end of this year. Under this program, the penalty incurred can be waived by submitting a written or email request for a penalty waiver after paying the total amount due for the water bill or bills in a single lump sum.
To obtain further information, customers are advised to reach out to the company's customer care center at 105, send an SMS to 1050, or email [email protected].
The company encourages customers to take advantage of this opportunity to settle their overdue water bills from previous months.
MWSC strongly requests all customers to pay their water bills monthly in order to ensure the sustainability of its services. MWSC said it remains committed to providing water and sewerage services that are as accessible as possible for its customers.
