Land being leased from Hanimaadhoo tourism zone

Land has been opened for lease from the HDh. Hanimaadhoo tourism zone for tourism purposes.

The Hanimaadhoo Council has decided to lease four 10,000-sqft lots for 40 years and eight 5,000-sqft lots for 30 years.

An information session will be held for interested parties on July 24 at 10:30 am at the Hanimaadhoo Council office. Bids would open on August 6 at 10:30 am at the same venue. The council said bids submitted without attending the information session and those submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

With the start of the development of the Hanimaadhoo International Airport, the price of land in Hanimaadhoo has increased, and the demand for land has increased significantly.
