Dr. Mohamed Muizzu emphasized the importance of unity for the country's development.
In a special message delivered on the occasion of Republic Day, Dr. Muizzu urged people to work together, prioritizing the nation's interests to experience the true benefits of the republican government.
“We can taste the true sweetness of the republican government if the people and the government work together by prioritizing the country,” Dr. Muizzu said.
In his message, Dr. Muizzu expressed gratitude to those who contributed to the establishment and maintenance of the republic system, including presidents, cabinet ministers, businessmen, and political party leaders. Dr. Muizzu called for unity to bring peace and development to the country, stressing the collective effort needed to move the nation forward.
