Former Minister Ahmed Zuhoor has been appointed as the Chairman of the Housing Development Corporation (HDC), as confirmed by the Privatization and Corporation Board (PCB).
Zuhur briefly held senior positions in the government of former President Abdullah Yameen. In this regard, he has served as the Youth Minister, Health Minister, Home Minister, and Minister of the President's Office. He has also held the post of Commissioner General of Customs and Managing Director of STELCO.
The HDC's Managing Director is Fazul Rasheed, a former Member of Parliament and former Managing Director of MWSC.
