The State Trading Organization (STO) is seeking a party to construct of a 25-storey multi-purpose commercial building.
The building will be constructed on 15,000 sqft of land next to the STO Head Office in Male' City. STO has announced they are seeking a developer to undertake the project on a contractor finance model. The project will include a 15 percent equity stake in STO.
According to the announcement, eligible companies must have completed projects worth $18 million or more in the past five years.
The proposed building will feature office spaces, a training center, car parking, electric vehicle charging facilities, a gym, and a cafeteria.
