Bank of Maldives (BML) has held their Staff Awards and recognized the best performing staffs of the year.
The awards were given in the staff night held last night in Dharubaaruge. The awards were conferred by BML CEO Andrew Healy, Chairperson Fariha Shareef, BML Board of Directors and Executive Committee Members.
Last night, awards for "Best Manager", "CEO Award for Outstanding Achievement", "Best Leader Award", "Employee of the Year Award", "Volunteer Service Award", "Sports Spirit Award", "Recognition for Achievement", "Award for Innovation", "Customer Service Star", "Unsung Champion", "Rising Star Award", "Best Male' Branch", "Best Atoll Branch", "Best Atoll Employee", "Best Dhoni Staff", "Best Project Manager" and "Best Team Award" were handed out.
BML Facilities Unit Mohamed Ariz was the "Employee of the Year", while Moosa Nimal won the "Best Leader Award". Mariyam Hameed won the "CEO Award for Outstanding Achievement Award".
BML CEO and Managing Director Andrew Healy said the hardworking staff of the Bank were behind the success of the Bank.
Long term employees of the Bank were also recognized for their service last night. The Bank had initiated a "Pay and Reward" system following best practices both locally and internationally. The system as the part of the Bank's aims to become one of the best workplaces in the country.
