China South Asia Expo Kunming Fair has begun today with Maldives as the core feature of the Fair.
Maldives is the Country of Honor at the Fair which will be held from today to the 17th of this month. A large pavilion for the Maldivian contingent had been installed in the Fair.
The Maldivian pavilion was opened by Parliament Speaker Abdullah Maseeh and China's Vice State Counsel Wang. Economic Minister Mohamed Saeed and the Maldivian Ambassador to China also attended the opening.
Economic Ministry has reported that over 9000 products from the country will be featured in this Fair.
