The increasing number of fever patient cases lodged at medical institutes has driven ADK Hospital to open a fever clinic specifically designated for the cause.
According to the hospital's management the decision was put through in order to facilitate an ease of access for patients visiting with various ailments as a designated desk for the most common patient case would streamline the entire check-up process.
The new fever clinic housed within the hospital's main lobby will provide a counter to make appointments or triage services for fever patients immediately.
ADK Hospital had also revealed a chart of patient diagnosis showing figures indicating the number of fever patients receiving treatment from the medical institute since May 1 till May 16. The chart had reflected that while 35 fever patients were treated on the first day of May, the number had gradually risen with a total of 115 patients diagnosed by May 15.
