Former president Mohamed Nasheed's press secretary Mohamed Zuhair is the latest Maldives Police Service has issued a manhunt on, regarding an ongoing case at the country's Civil Court.
According to Maldives Police they have started the manhunt for six individuals who are required to present for several cases lodged at the Civil Court.
The court has ordered local authorities to apprehend these six individuals and hold them under remand until their cases are due.
The former press secretary, Mohamed Zuhair is among the six individuals the Civil Court has demanded from Maldives Police to hold in remand for summoning at the court for its proceedings.
Civil Court has demanded to summon Zuhair on June 27, 2018 at 10:40hrs at its premises for the case he is associated with.
