State and public owned Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has revealed a net profit of MVR13 million in 2018 second quarter.
The state owned corporation mainly responsible with land reclamation and transport services, revealed the figures in their latest financial report. Though MTCC's net profit for 2018 second quarter is a 47% slip from the MVR24.58 million made in the same quarter last year.
The company's billable transactions for the second quarter reached MVR301.5 million while in the same quarter last year their transactions were worth MVR341 million.
Profit after expense deduction reached MVR62.75 million in second quarter 2018 according to MTCC's financial report.
