A special hotline has been established to send in complaints and inquiries regarding services offered by state-health insurance provider Aasandha.
The company released a statement on Wednesday that instructed all seeking to contact Aasandha over inquiries and complaints to send a text message to 7951400 after typing "Shikaavethi".
Aasandha further said the number is also available on Whatsapp, Viber and Telegram. In addition to inquiries and complaints regarding services offered, citizens can also send in complaints regarding the offices established to provide Aasandha services.
Aasandha is a medical insurance company established in 2011 to provide free medical care to Maldivian citizens.
