Scheduled flights to HDh. Kulhudhuffushi Domestic Airport will begin on Friday.

Transport Minister Aishath Nahula has previously announced that scheduled flight operation to Kulhudhuffushi Domestic Airport will be commenced in time for Eid-al-Alha.

While national airline 'Maldivian' has started booking seats to the destination, ticket sale has not begun thus far. The flight schedule has not been publicized either.

However, Maldivian confirmed that more than one scheduled flight will operate daily to Kulhudhuffushi Airport starting Friday.

Kulhudhuffushi Airport's runway was completed as former president Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayyoom's tenure came to a close.
