'Asia's Best Employer Brand' from the World HRD Congress and the Employer Branding Institute has been awarded to Bank of Maldives (BML) for the third consecutive year.
Over 300 representatives who work in Human Resources field in the Asia-Pacific region attended the official award ceremony held in Singapore on Thursday. The award was received on behalf of Bank of Maldives by Learning and Development Manager, Mohamed Ashraf and Employee Relations Manager, Asiyath Mohamed.
The BML was recognized for its commitment to people excellence and its progressive policies in the areas of recruiting, developing and retaining talent.
BML's Director of People and Change, Sahar Waheed said that they are delighted to have won the Best Employer Brand award again this year.
“This is the third year in succession that we were recognised at Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards, which is in itself a noteworthy achievement. Our Human Resources strategy focuses on developing competent, motivated, customer-oriented employees to deliver the Bank’s strategy. I would like to thank the team who have worked tirelessly to bring this award to the Bank once again", he said.
