Fisheries Expo to be held to mark Fishermen's Day

Fisheries Ministry has announced that a 'Fisheries Expo' will be held this year to mark Fishermen's Day.

Fishermen's Day is celebrated on the 10th of December every year.

Fisheries Ministry stated that the expo will provide information on different tools and equipment used in the industry as well as its products.

The expo will be held from December 6-8 at Huravee School in Hulhumale'.

Fisheries Ministry said those interested in marketing and selling items related to the fishing industry will be given the opportunity at the expo.
