Telecom service provider Dhiraagu has revealed that the company's services may face interruption due to the implementation of the second phase of planned enhancement work on its Business Support System from 7th to 10th February.
Dhiraagu said although no interruptions are expected on calling, using internet and fixed line services, some support services such as activating mobile add-ons, mobile package change, prepaid reload/recharge and mobile, broadband and fixed line bill payments will be interrupted at scheduled times.
Dhiraagu assured that services will not be disconnected due to overdue bills during this period.
