Maldives Immigration has made arrangements such that expatriates currently abroad can pay their work visas fees online. This arrangement is only for foreginers who already have work visas and had to travel back for various reasons.
Maldives Immigration said those who wish to apply for visa cancellation but could not due to outstanding visa fees can now pay their fees online. The form titled ‘Miscellaneous Work Visa Fee Form IM41 mus be completed and emailed to [email protected], and the information required for payment will be entered into the expats online system within seven days. Once the records of the person requesting for payment is selected, the due amount will be displayed on screen, said Immigration. The payment must be made within 90 days.
