The Gender Ministry has signed a memorandum of understanding with Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) to receive maintenance assistance for childrens’ shelter, Fiyavathi.
The agreement was signed by Gender Minister Aishath Mohamed Didi on behalf of the government. The document was signed by Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Gordon Andrew Steward on behalf of MACL.
Under the MOU, MACL will repair all electronic items used at the shelter and provide servicing for the duration of one year. The company will also change change the LED lights and other such components used in the building.
