The President’s Office has extended the application deadline for the position of Auditor General. The position is open for application following the resignation of the current Auditor-General, Hassan Ziyath.
The new deadline to submit applications close at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 16, 2021. The President's Office said interested parties may submit their applications, along with all the relevant documents to the President’s Office by the deadline. Application forms can be downloaded from the President’s Office website.
Former Auditor General Hassan Ziyath resigned from the post on May 12 after his name was listed as a beneficiary of MMPRC corruption funds in a list compiled by the Asset Recovery Commission.
