Turkish City, Güngören District's Mayor has agreed to provide assistance to train Male' City Council staff.
Male' City Mayor, Dr. Mohamed Muizzu is currently visiting Turkey on an official visit. The mayor will work on strengthening ties with Turkist cities, as well as work towards obtaining assistances.
According to the City Council, a meeting took place between Mayor Muizzu, and Güngören Mayor Bunyamin Demir in the mayor's office in Güngören District on Saturday. During the meeting, both mayors discussed areas in which the two offices can cooperate and work together. Mayor Bunyamin assured his office would offer assistance to train Male' City council employees.
Güngören is a small industrial and working class residential district of Istanbul, Turkey. It is located near the district of Bakırköy.
