Manta Air has announced its airfare to fly to southernmost Addu City.
According to the airline, a Comfort class one-way ticket would cost MVR 1,250 while a Sapphire class ticket would cost MVR 1,850. Tickets can be purchased through the airlines' agents.
Manta Air is commencing operation to Addu City following discussion with the city's relevant authorities. They believe the demand for seats would be high. The airline will be utilizing an ATR 72-600 aircraft for the route.
Manta Air brought its first aircraft to the Maldives in November 2018. They added a second aircraft to their fleet and commenced services on February 24, 2019. The airline currently operates to Dharavandhoo and Kudahuvadhoo Airport.
