The Health Protection Agency (HPA) has reported 77 new cases of COVID-19.
The HPA Monday released the latest figures for the period from May 8 to May 14. According to the numbers, 77 positive cases were recorded during the period, out of which 28 were from Male' and 19 from the atolls.
The highest number of cases in the city was reported on the 11th of this month, on which eight cases were reported. The highest number of cases in the atolls was also recorded on the same day, with seven new cases.
The Maldives has recorded a total of 179,560 positive cases and 298 deaths until now.
