State Trading Organization (STO) has increased the price of petrol and diesel.
STO said the prices of refined oil sold from its stations at Fuel Supply Maldives (FSM) will be increased from June 24 as the price of refined oil is still rising in the global market.
Petrol will now cost MVR 16.55 per liter, while the price of diesel has been hiked to MVR 16.77 per liter.
This is the fourth time oil prices have been revised this year.
