The State Trading Organization (STO) has announced a reduction in oil prices, effective from 12:00 am on Friday. Diesel prices have been decreased by 63 Laari per liter, while petrol prices have been reduced by 41 Laari per liter.
This marks the third time this year that oil prices have been lowered. The previous reduction occurred on May 1. STO has said there are significant challenges in ensuring affordable and sustainable oil supply to the public due to fluctuations in global oil prices.
