The Criminal Court Thursday sentenced Mohamed 'Yaaya' Nabeel to one year and one month in jail for posting indecent photos and videos of himself on social media.
Nabeel posted his own nude photos and videos on TikTok and Twitter, and the prosecution charged Nabeel with possessing and producing pornographic content. While Nabeel denied the charges against him, the Court made its ruling based on the evidence presented by the state. He was sentenced to one year in prison for producing pornographic content and received an additional one month and six days sentence for possessing pornographic content.
