The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has decided to take disciplinary action against drug court judge Mohamed Naeem.
Naeem was accused of sending rude messages that undermined the authority and respect for leaders to a Viber group in which a large number of judges are participants. JSC said Judge Naeem has admitted that the messages were written by him and sent to the group.
The JSC decided to advise Judge Naeem at its 13th session held Sunday for violating the Code of Conduct for Judges and the Constitution.
