Agreements have been signed with several companies to build cafes and restaurants in Hulhumale' Phase II's bridge area.
The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) Saturday signed agreements with six companies for the Urban Boulevard project. The cafes and restaurants which would be developed in the former barbecue area in Hulhumale' will be built on the company's concept on their own expense.

Dinemore Restaurant
Brothers Catering
Refcool
The HDC said the area would become a symbol of a strong society when the project reaches completion.
The HDC has also decided to develop other recreational activities for the public in the area. This includes a children's park, outdoor gym, and other such facilities.
