The Planning Ministry is seeking a party to conduct a survey on the national ferry system, Raajje Transport Link (RTL).
RTL ferry service was commenced by the current government on May 5 last year. However, it was officially launched on June 12, 2022.
According to the Planning Ministry, the proposed survey will identify the benefits of RTL's ferry service to health services, employment opportunities, education, tourism, local tourism, and other economic sectors.
The survey must be conducted over 13 weeks, and the survey report must be submitted to the Planning Ministry in September this year.
The information meeting for those interested in conducting the survey will be held on May 17 at 11:00 am at the Planning Ministry. The opportunity is open for interested parties to submit bids before 11:00 am on May 22.
