Addu City Council seeks developers for Eedhigali Tourism Zone

The Addu City Council is seeking a party to develop the Eedhigali Tourism Zone in Hithadhoo.

The opportunity is open for eligible local and foreign investors interested in developing the 21,007.39 square meters allocated for tourism from the Eedhigali Tourism Zone. According to Addu City Council, the lease term for the area is set at 50 years. The plans for the area include a city hotel and tourism-related facilities.

The window for submitting bids is now open, starting today, and will continue until 12:30 pm on March 21. Bids will be opened on April 15 at 10:00 am.
