The channel area between the first and second phases of Hulhumale' will be closed on the 15th of this month.
The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) said the area will be closed from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on June 15. During these hours, jet skiing and swimming in the channel will be prohibited as well as vehicular access.
According to the HDC, the area is being closed to ensure public safety and those working in the area during ongoing work within the area. No specific details regarding the nature of the work in the Channel Park area were provided by HDC.
"We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause," the HDC said
