The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has announced land plots for sale from Hulhumale Phase II for the development of commercial buildings and mixed-use towers. The announcements were made on Wednesday.
HDC said commercial buildings can be constructed up to four floors. On the designated plots. Four plots of varying sizes are available for this purpose:
Lot 22309 - Size | 4,966.79 square feet
Lot 22310 - Size | 10,150.79 square feet
Lot 22311 - Size | 11,014.05 square feet
Lot 22312 - Size | 7,073.60 square feet
Different sizes of land are also offered for mixed use towers. These towers are allowed to be build up to 14, 15 and 20 floors depending on the plot size.

Lot 22298 - Size | 9,559.74 square feet
Lot 22299 - Size | 10,846.46 square feet
Lot 22300 - Size | 12,821.42 square feet
Lot 22301 - Size | 9,622.60 square feet
Lot 22302 - Size | 8,701.43 square feet
Lot 22303 - Size | 8,661.60 square feet
Lot 22305 - Size | 15,098.85 square feet
Lot 22306 - Size | 14,525.56 square feet
Lot 2237 - Size | 11,256.24 square feet
Lot 22308 - Size | 11,194.24 square feet
All interested parties are invited to submit bids for these land plots. HDC said the land will be sold to the highest bidders.
