An agreement has been signed between Maldives and Kazakhstan on cooperation in the field of technology.
The agreement was signed during the Asia Pacific Ministerial Conference on Digital Inclusion and Transformation in Kazakhstan. The State Minister of Homeland Security and Technology, Dr. Mohamed Kinaanath signed on behalf of the Maldives, while Kazakhstan's Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry Zhaslan Madiyev signed on behalf of the country.
Under the agreement, the two countries will work together to address technological challenges faced by both countries and includes training people in the field of technology.
