A dead body has been discovered in HDH. Kulhudhuffushi lagoon.
The deceased has been identified as 36-year-old Mohamed Hassan from Daisyfehi, Kulhudhuffushi.
Police confirmed that police are active on the scene following reports of a man found unresponsive in the lagoon. No further information is available at this time.
A photo circulating on social media shows police and some members of the public assisting in pulling the body out of the water.
