Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) CEO and Managing Director Mohamed Wajeeh has been dismissed from his position.
The Privatisation and Corporatisation Board (PCB) confirmed Wajeeh’s removal but did not disclose the reason for his dismissal.
Wajeeh was appointed CEO of MPL on 28 November 2023. He has family ties to former Tourism Minister Ibrahim Faisal, who was dismissed earlier this week on Tuesday.
