MDP has filed case in Elections Commission (EC) to investigate the use of state properties Muleeaage and TVM by ruling PPM.
The letter sent to EC by the Party stated that state resources are being used by PPM unchecked and that Political Parties Act should clearly state that state resources cannot be used by one Party for their meetings and activities.
The letter also highlighted that right to assembly and free speech were granted previously without any constrictions but now that had changed with state bodies acting against the said rights.
