Home Minister and Local Government Authority Board Member Ahmed Zuhoor has been appointed as LGA President.
He was appointed to the position in the ninth meeting of the board, with the vote of seven members out of the nine members in the Board. Zuhoor was the only contestant from the nine members.
Zuhoor is the Presidential nominee to the Board. Former Home Minister Umar Naseer had served as the last President of the Board.
