Make My Trip, one of the largest online booking website, has signed up for Guest House Conference.
Getaways Maldives said having Make My Trip partner up for the Guest House Conference was a sign that the Conference was shaping up to be a successful one.
Make My Trip is one of the most popular websites in India dedicated for travelers. The company has offices in 50 cities in India, New York and Sydney.
Guesthouse Conference will be held on September 24. The one-day conference will be held in Villa College and will be attended by foreign travel agents and tour operators as well.
Guesthouse business is the fastest developing sector in the tourism field, with around 500 opened and 300 in operation across Maldives. Guesthouses are operational in 80 islands across the country with around 5000 beds.
