A man has died after falling from STO Trade Center Building this morning. A tweet by Maldives Police Service (MPS) said the case was reported around 07:30 this morning and that the case was under investigation.
Police said the deceased was Mohamed Hailam (35 years) of M. Eenaz.
Quoting family sources Police Media Official said that Eenaz suffered from psychological issues and had been seeking treatment for it. The official said that Eenaz was passed away shortly after being taken to the Hospital. He had sustained injuries to his head and several places on his body.
Police teams are in the area. STO Trade Center building houses many private offices, Government corporations and agencies.
