Judicial Administration Department (JDA) Sunday announced plans to launch several mobile applications this year as part of the aim for swift and efficient public service.
DJA's Legal and Media Section head, Mariyam Fathin said the mobile app for the judiciary website would be available soon.
She also said an app was in the works for lawyers, designed to send them the latest updates on their cases.
A special app designated for the use of judges is also in development.
Fathin also gave information on an app which will reveal court case schedules.
She further stated that the main database of the legal archive and the main database on debts would also be completed within this year. She said effort was ongoing to allow online payments for the courts as well.
