The Maldives Marketing and PR Company (MMPRC) has revealed that 260 participants from 88 companies will be attending the ITB 2017 fair.
A pre-meeting was held for the Maldivian officials attending the fair which will be held starting the 8th of March to the 12th on Wednesday. The head of the Maldivian delegation in the fair will be tourism minister, Moosa Zameer. The Acting Managing Director of MMPRC Haris Mohamed will also be attending the fair.
Those attending the fair this year will be granted various opportunities as well, with travel agents and lead businessmen from the tourism industry taking part.
Maldives was the host country of the previous fair, with multiple events held showcasing Maldivian culture and traditions.
