Housing Development Corporation (HDC) on Monday signed with four local firms to develop residential apartments in the reclaimed suburb Hulhumale.
The signing took place between Managing Director Mohamed Saiman on behalf of HDC and Inoca Pvt Ltd, Associated Business Agent Maldives, Jawahiru Eleven Pvt Ltd and Galleon Pvt Ltd.
HDC revealed that a total of seven parties were awarded under the local developer’s project and expects to sign with the remaining three parties in the near future.
The assigned plots are approximately 2500 square feet in size, with a pricing of MVR1,200 per square feet.
